Privacy Policy
1. Overview & Commitment
Your privacy matters. Word Adventure (“the App”) is designed to respect your personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
This Privacy Policy describes how Techwin Labs LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Word Adventure on mobile devices.
2. Information Stored Locally
Your game progress, unlocked worlds and levels, hint balances, sound and vibration preferences, text-to-speech speed settings, stars earned, and similar gameplay data are stored locally on your device using secure platform APIs (such as UserDefaults on iOS or equivalent local storage on Android). This data remains on your device unless you delete the App or clear app data.
3. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
Word Adventure does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in to play. We do not operate a central server that stores your spelling answers or personal profiles for core offline play.
4. In-App Purchases
Hint packs and other digital goods are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not receive or store your payment card or banking details. Purchase receipts are validated through the respective store platforms.
5. Advertising & Rewarded Videos
The App may display advertisements and offer optional rewarded video ads (for example, to earn additional hints). These services are provided by third-party ad networks such as Google Mobile Ads, in accordance with Apple and Google privacy guidelines and their partner policies. Ad partners may collect device identifiers, coarse location, and interaction data as described in their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings.
6. Text-to-Speech & Device Features
When you use the “Hear Question” feature, clue text is processed using your device’s built-in text-to-speech engine. Audio playback, music, sound effects, and optional vibration use standard device APIs. We do not upload spoken clue content to our servers for this feature.
7. Analytics
We may use aggregated, anonymized analytics provided by app store platforms or privacy-compliant SDKs to understand crashes and improve stability. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles of children.
8. Children’s Privacy
Word Adventure is intended to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App itself. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@techwinlabs.com and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
Local game data persists until you uninstall the App or reset app storage. Store purchase history is retained according to Apple or Google policies.
10. Changes & Contact
