Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Word Adventure (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable end-user license terms of Apple or Google for your device. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License & Intellectual Property
The App, including puzzle content, monkey mascot artwork, world themes, audio, and software, is licensed—not sold—to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. All intellectual property rights remain with Techwin Labs LLP and its licensors.
3. Gameplay & Virtual Items
Hints, Last Chances, stars, and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world cash value. We may adjust gameplay balance, hint pricing, or level content in updates to improve the experience.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases, including consumable hint packs and other digital content, through Apple StoreKit and/or Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. All billing is handled by the store provider under their terms.
- Consumables: Hint packs and similar items may be used once and repurchased as needed.
- Non-consumables: If offered, permanent unlocks remain tied to your store account.
5. Restore Purchases
On supported platforms, tap Restore Purchases in Settings or the shop to re-download non-consumable purchases and verify prior transactions on a new device signed into the same store account.
6. Rewarded Ads & Optional Content
Choosing to watch a rewarded video to receive hints or bonuses is optional. Ad availability may vary by region and device. You must comply with any age requirements imposed by the ad network or store.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; cheat or manipulate virtual economies; or use the App in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Educational content is for entertainment and vocabulary practice and is not a substitute for formal instruction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techwin Labs LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Techwin Labs LLP, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For support or legal inquiries: support@techwinlabs.com.
For Apple devices, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
